100% Remy Hair: The best in the World

There are several types of hair that differ in structure, treatment options and adaptability. Unlike European and Far East Asian hair, Russian and Indian hair are very strong and have a structure that instantly gives mass and volume to any type of hair.

Remy quality is characterized by the fact that the cuticles all face the same direction, just like our hair. This preserves the natural strength of the hair, which can be treated for the production of different colors to achieve a perfect hair extension.

Remy quality gives Hair Extensions an extremely comfortable feel to the touch and greater smoothness when using the brush.

Non-Remy quality is typical of hair collected in masses, whose cuticle isn't naturally aligned. It's common among women to keep and resell the hair left in the brushes after combing. The roots and tips of the hair aren't aligned, which leads to a change in the natural direction of the cuticle, causing frizz and tangles of the hair. To manage this problem, this type of hair is subjected to very aggressive treatments with acids that attack the cuticle, weakening the hair and making it opaque, dry, frizzy and with split ends. To conceal this damage and temporarily improve the appearance, the hair is covered with silicone-containing products that replenish the parts of the cuticle that haven't been attacked by the acids. However, the silicones only last a few hair washes before the hair returns to its original dryness and is completely disheveled and knotted.

For these reasons, the non-Remy quality cannot be used to make hair extensions.

Russian and Indian hair are on the market only in very small quantities and therefore have a very high price for mass production.
